Monthly Archives: June 2011

happy friday (or, paris on my mind)

Lately, all I can think about is my upcoming trip to Paris at the end of August. It’s been almost 2 years since I’ve taken a vacation and I’m so excited – especially because this will be my first time going!

I’ve already started creating my own Paris map, which so far contains primarily eateries (no surprise there). I’m welcoming any and all recommendations, so please share your favorite spots with me!

I’m basically imagining two weeks of this (and my friends who’ve already been to Paris tell me this isn’t far from the truth):

I can’t wait!

new website design!

Notice anything different around here?

My website got a little facelift, thanks to {Anna Hurley} and {Rob Arnow}! I think it really matches the vibe of my brick and mortar shop, and I love it.

In the process of the overhaul, we changed servers or hosts or whatever it’s called so we’re working on changing the feed for you blog subscribers. And by blog subscribers, I mean my mom and sister, basically. :) Stay tuned!

N.E.E.T. Magazine

Happy June, y’all! Here in SF, the skies have been grey, gloomy and wet (I have yet to put away my boots and sweaters!), but I’m hopeful that sunny summer skies will soon come. In the meantime, I’m thoroughly enjoying the latest issue of N.E.E.T. Magazine, which was published just yesterday.

I love N.E.E.T. It’s an awesome online magazine for vintage lovers, crafters, DIYers, and the fashion forward. And, well, I kinda love that Pot + Pantry is included in the June issue!

That’s my red pepper mill + blue Emile Henry baking dish in the lower right corner.

The whole issue is really inspiring for summer, so check it out! Thanks so much to Stephanie for including my products!
